What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the package you are interested in, your travel dates, the number of travellers and your message. We also record the date and time of the enquiry and the network address it came from, to prevent abuse of the form.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or itinerary.
• To make bookings with hotels, transport and activity providers on your behalf, once you confirm.
• To contact you about your trip before, during and after travel.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to deliver your trip (hotels, transfer companies, tour operators, airlines). Each receives only what it needs.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to two years so we can help with repeat trips, then deleted. Booking records are kept as long as the law requires.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If a map is embedded on the contact page it is provided by Google and may set its own cookies.
