About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries made through keystonetour.com and to bookings arranged by Keystone International Co., Ltd.. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking; a booking exists only when we confirm it in writing and any deposit requested has been received.

Prices and quotes

This website does not publish prices. Every package is quoted individually after you enquire, based on your travel dates, hotel choice, group size and exchange rates. The price that applies is the one stated in your written quote. Quotes exclude international flights, visa fees, meals not listed and personal expenses unless the quote says otherwise.

Payment

A deposit is normally required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before travel as set out in your quote. We accept bank transfer and other methods stated on the quote.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions of the hotels, airlines and operators involved, which are passed on at cost, plus any administration fee stated in your quote. We will always tell you the cost of a change before making it. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any visas required for Thailand and onward destinations, and any health documents required at the time of travel. We can advise but cannot guarantee entry.

Our responsibility

We arrange services provided by independent suppliers. We choose them carefully and will help resolve any problem during your trip, but we are not liable for loss or injury caused by a supplier, by weather, or by events outside our control.
